Refunds & Exchanges Policy:

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to our refund and return policy.

  1. Opened Products: We do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging due to the nature of our cosmetic products and our commitment to customer safety.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info.ethereals@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. To receive an exchange, you must provide us with a photo or video of the product and the associated damage.

  3. Returns of Unopened Products: For general returns of unopened products, a return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery based on available tracking information. Refund or exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping back to us. All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund owing.
